PHP 3>= 3.0.12, PHP 4 >= 4.0RC2

Die Funktion gmstrftime() bewirkt das Gleiche wie strftime() (siehe Seite 244),
aber mit einem gravierenden Unterschied: gmstrftime() liefert ihre Ergebnisse als
GMT-Zeit (Greenwich Mean Time) zurück.
